Tonight we start a new class in the auditorium. For college age through adults. I think you will gain from being in there. It’s a verse by verse study of Romans.
I intend to do my best to break it down and (1) explain the text, (2) make it make sense, and (3) show how it fits in the larger scope of the Bible and of our lives.
It’s a serious class for serious Bible students, and I think it will be good for all of us, to help us grow in understanding. We’ll learn about our salvation, grace, the purpose of the Old Law, the meaning of righteousness, and later in the book a lot of practical advice for Christian living (how to deal with each other, the lost, the government, ourselves, etc).
