Grace literally means “an undeserved blessing.” We are saved by Grace, Paul tells us (Ephesians 2:5), and that’s good, because the truth about grace is…

It is greater than all our sins.

Moreover the law entered, that the offence might abound. But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound:

Romans 5:20

You can never sin so much that God will say “oh I ran out grace to cover that.” ONE sin, brings about an INFINITY of God’s grace. It is a grace that is greater than all our sins…

For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Romans 6:23

You want a verse that explains the idea of grace, look right here.

When you were a sinner, you were the servant of Satan. And when you are Satan servant, he’s going to pay for your service. You will get paid and you will get what you deserve. The WAGES of sin…is death.

But if you become a Christian, you become the servant of Christ. And when you are Christ’s servant, He’s not going to pay you for your service. He’s not going to AWARD you…He’s going to REWARD you. You don’t get paid…you get blessed.

When you work for Satan you get what you deserve – death.
When you work for Christ you get what you DON’T deserve – eternal life

That’s grace. Its not wages…it’s a gift

That’s the Truth.
