So here in central Arkansas there is this real-estate guy who, in a radio commercial, makes the following statement:

“…as the old saying goes ‘God hasn’t made any new real estate in the last million years’ so hurry on down…”

First of all, that’s not an old saying. That’s not a new saying.

That’s just a dumb saying.

What you basically have with that statement is a failure to take a side.  If you want to say “there hasn’t been any new real estate formed in the last million years” then say that.  It’s anti-creation, anti-Creator, and pro-evolution. But at least its your honest opinion.

If you want to say “God hasn’t made any new real estate in the last TEN THOUSAND years” though it’s probably more like 6-8 thousand, then say that.  Take a stand for Truth and hold to it, even if you get ridiculed.

What I can’t abide is when someone tries to straddle the fence and play both sides, and that’s what you get with so-called “theistic evolution.” Even though the phrase seems oxy-moronic (Theistic = of God / Evolution = not of God), the idea is that God made the universe…He just used evolution to do all the nitty-gritty stuff.

It is a doctrine that comes from intellectually-lazy people; supposedly religious folks who can’t be bothered to do the actual research to see all the so-called “facts” about evolution are bogus pseudo-science and nothing more than glorified hypotheses.

Take a stand. Don’t be the Civil War soldier with a blue shirt and grey pants: You’re gonna get shot on both ends.

But from the beginning of the creation God made them male and female.

Mark 10:6

Those words were spoken BY the Creator: I’ll take His word for it. He made man and woman. He created them in the beginning. He did not need, nor did He use, a slow developing process to form man. He made him within the six days of creation.

Don’t be afraid to speak Bible Truth.

Yes, many people will laugh at you, and feel sorry for you and shake their heads at you, but Truth is Truth is Truth, and it is not in our hands, but God’s, to decide what is True and what is not.
