On the second day of thanksgiving…I’m thankful for……

The cross, the monument on which the sacrifice of Christ was carried out.

There aren’t enough words to write the importance of the cross of Christ. It is everything time itself was pointing towards, and after He died on it, it became everything time looks back to. It was the climax and the apex of all human history. On it, Divine love was perfectly demonstrated. By it salvation is made possible. Through it sins are washed away. With it, a message of hope can bring men from the despair of Satan’s shackles to the blessed peace of God’s forever Home. How grateful we all should be, for the cross.

What are you thankful for?
