Join us Sunday morning for the final installment in our month-long series. We’ve been looking all September at the various Jewish holidays that are peppered throughout their calendar, as well as the New Testament application we can make from them.

Sunday we look at Hanukkah, a celebration of the re-dedication of the Temple after it was defiled by Gentile invaders around 160BC.

The Lord Himself celebrated the holiday and used its occasion to proclaim Himself the Light of the World who can offer permanent freedom to a people that spent most of its existence in captivity to one nation or another.

I hope to see you then!
