Yesterday we were blessed to wake up to the first snowfall of the winter (in Central Arkansas at least). Though it wasn’t much, it was a beautiful sight to behold. The Bible uses the pure white nature of snow to describe the sanctified life. Isaiah opened his writing with an appeal to sinful Judah to turn to the Lord. Though their sins were red like scarlet God promised to wash it white as snow (Isaiah 1:18).

That offer is still available from God to us. If we will only submit to His Son we can have all our red-stained sins removed and in their place we can enjoy a life that is pure in His eyes, white as snow.
