There’s a saying:

To err is human. To forgive is Divine.

That’s not a saying I totally agree with. In my opinion, it should be:

“To err is satanic. To forgive is Divine. Humans are caught in the middle.”

That still teaches me a lesson about forgiveness. God is so much more pure and holy than we are so when He forgives it’s a much bigger leap than when we forgive.

So when we refuse to forgive it’s especially insulting to God because if He can do it certainly I should.

And when I don’t, I err.
